Composition: Alloys consisting of molybdenum and titanium, the most famous of which is Mo-0.5Ti alloy. Most Molybdenum-titanium alloys are prepared by powder mixing, compaction and sintering, and then processed into materials. The process is simple and the yield is high.
Molybdenum-titanium alloy has higher high temperature strength and recrystallization temperature than pure molybdenum, which improves its service performance and life. It is mainly used to replace pure molybdenum as heating element and device for high temperature furnace, bracket and grid of electron tube and high temperature structural component in aerospace industry.
